  • What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?

  • How many pets may I have?
    • Total of 2 pets.

  • Are there any deposits, special fees or monthly charges to have a pet?
    • Pet Fee  1 Pet  $200 Total
    • Pet Fee  2nd pet  $400 Total

      Plus Pet Deposits (subject to reimbursement based on condition of apartment)
    • $200 Deposit total for Solo Pet 
    • $400 Deposit total for 2 Pets

  • Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    • Yes, as long as the following conditions are met:
      • The Lease term has expired or this Agreement has been terminated by both parties.
      • Resident gives Management (60) days written notice to terminate or non-renew this Lease.
      • Resident has paid all monies owed to Management.
      • Apartment is not damaged and returned to Management in its original condition minus normal wear and tear expected.

  • If I get a job transfer can I break the lease?
    • If resident serves in the U.S. Armed Forces and receives a permanent change of station order or a temporary change of duty order exceeding 90 days, Resident may end this lease early by giving a 30 day written notice, paying all rent due through the notice date, and providing a copy of the change of duty orders to Management.

  • What utilities are included in my lease?
    • Trash removal.

  • How long is the term of the lease?
    • Varies.

  • Do you accept leases for short terms?
    • Yes, at a premium.

  • If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    • Call the resident service care number or visit here and fill out a resident service request.

  • When is rent payment due?
    • The 1st day of the month.

  • What is the day of the month that I am liable for a late charge?
    • The 6th day of the month.

  • Is there a place where I can pay my rent after hours?
    • The rent drop box located on the west side of the leasing center side door.

  • There is a person who might be staying with me for awhile. Is that permitted by the lease?
    • A person who is considered a visitor may reside in the apartment for two weeks. After that, the person is considered a roommate and must be included in the lease.

  • Do you have reserved parking?
    • Only garages are assigned and they are available for monthly lease.

  • My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    • Yes, to ensure that they will be allowed in the apartment in case of a lock out, maintenance request, or need swimming pool passes.

  • Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    • No. We do not allow satellite dishes on any Rohdie property.

  • Do you have cable services?
    • Yes, Charter Cable.

  • Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    • Yes, at the leasing center.
